These soft, glossy, flavorful cakes are not often seen in our area! But we specialize in both bite sized and large cakes. If you've ever been overseas and had one, you know what you're missing!

These are actually fairly basic in Europe, and are normally seen as healthier than our standard American, multi-layer cakes stuffed and coated with buttercream! These are ,instead, usually made with alternating layers of sponge and mousse. After being chilled for several hours, several coatings of ganache, liquid fondant, or other glossy coating is applied to the surface. Finally, they are topped with whatever makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside! We make ours in all shapes and sizes!
